We sell one thing: the Builder Kit — the instructions and parts list for your mosaic, delivered as files. We do not sell bricks and we earn nothing on the bricks you buy.
2. Prices
Prices shown at checkout are the final amount you pay, taxes included. Brick prices shown elsewhere on the site are estimates of what third-party sellers charge — they are not ours and we never invoice them.
3. Right of withdrawal
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, without giving a reason. The Builder Kit is digital content delivered immediately: at checkout you are asked to request that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so ends the 14-day right once the download starts. If you do not confirm it, we do not deliver, and your right stays intact.
To withdraw while you still can, any clear statement is enough — email is fine. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.

4. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book: livroreclamacoes.pt.
For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, the competent body where no other applies is CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo: cniacc.pt.
The European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer an option — we mention it only because older sites still link to it.
5. Your photos
We process the photo you upload for one purpose: building your mosaic. Projects made without an account are deleted automatically after 7 days; projects in your account stay until you delete them, and every project page has a delete button. We never run face recognition or any biometric analysis on your photos.
When your photo shows other people, you are the one who needs their agreement to use it. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
